As the Assistant/Associate Director for the the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Genome Center (UGC), the primary responsibility will include analysis and interpretation of results, the preparation, review and reporting of test results of molecular genetic assays predominantly in the area of whole exome and genome next generation sequencing. The candidate will be expected to evaluate new technologies, develop, and validate new assays to provide state of the art testing for physicians and their patients.
