Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a board certified or board eligible Genetic Counselor to serve cardiology patients in the Inherited Heart Disease and Arrythmia Clinic.  Clinical responsibilities will include but not limited to performing evaluation of patient medical records to facilitate efficient clinical evaluations, genetic counseling of both pediatric and adult patients; pedigree construction and updating using software tools, analyzing test results and pedigrees to help providers identify at-risk family members; managing testing results using electronic medical record software; and communicating genetic testing results to physicians and patients.
