In the role of Genetic Counselor you will provide genetic counseling as a practitioner in cooperation with medical staff within Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin. Work within defined scope of practice directly with the patient to provide assessment, counseling, follow-up, and referral to resources as necessary. Provide needed documentation for patient and physicians. Develop, implement, and execute Genetic Counseling Program initiatives to assist in the program operating at the highest standard of quality and consistency, supporting the Medical College of Wisconsin’s strategies and initiatives. Cooperate in activities and responsibilities with fellow genetic counselors.
