Indiana University has 4 open genetic counseling positions and we’d love for you to join us!  

• Adult Cardiology: This available position is focused on providing clinical services to individuals and families for a variety of hereditary conditions with a cardiogenetics focus. Our expanding program offers a wide variety of clinics and opportunities for telegenetic counseling!
• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): This role involves providing genetic counseling and coordinating genomic care for critically ill newborns admitted to the Riley Children’s Hospital Level IV NICU. Involvement in clinical research studies to better understand neonatal genetic conditions is also integral to this role.
• Prenatal: This available position would involve joining a team of genetic counselors supporting maternal fetal medicine and the fetal center at IU Health/Riley Children’s Hospital. Responsibilities include providing prenatal genetic counseling for a wide variety of complex indications.
• Pediatrics: This role involves providing clinical services to individuals and families for a wide variety of hereditary conditions and complex indications.

All of our positions offer the opportunity to provide supervision of genetic counseling students as well as other learners. Experienced counselors and those currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program with graduation in the spring 2021 are welcome to apply.
