Job Summary: To Participate in the conduct of clinical care and counseling for the Cancer Risk and Genetic Assessment Program. Responsible for obtaining and analyzing personal and family history for genetic risk for cancer/ educating and counseling patients and their families regarding genetic risk/ and participating with a multidisciplinary team in the diagnosis and risk reduction treatments of those identified individuals.

1-3 year experience in genetic counseling Board eligible/Board certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics or the American Board of Genetic Counseling required. Genetic Counselor Licensure as required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Credentialing as Allied Health Professional by LVHN Medical Staff Services. Master's Degree Master's Degree from an American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) accredited genetic counseling training program. |
