Tenet Healthcare has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Corporate Compensation Analyst to join our team. Currently, our offices are located in downtown Dallas, but will be moving to the Addison area in Q1-2020.
The Senior Compensation Analyst is a senior position providing analytical support to corporate compensation and hospital leadership teams in the design, implementation and monitoring of compensation programs. Collects and analyzes both internal and external salary/wage data, assists in the design and modification of salary structures, researches and reviews compensation policies and practices, and provides general compensation support to operations management. In addition, may have project management responsibility for components of annual pay administration, annual bonus programs design and performance tracking, quarterly bonus plan administration and annual competitive review process or other special projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Six-to-eight years of progressively responsible experience implementing and maintaining pay plans, market pricing and consulting on pay-related issues. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, strong organizational skills and an ability to be attentive to detail. Excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience in the following areas: job analysis, competitive assessment (base, premium and ancillary pay), and pay program design, implementation and administration for a large multi-unit, multi-state organization.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel. Experience with PayFactors and Microsoft Access is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding compensation programs
- Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
