As a Genetic Counselor, you will perform genetic risk assessments and offer genetic counseling to individuals and families regarding inherited cancer risk and risk management; recruit patients for high-risk assessment programs; facilitate appropriate research enrollment; provide community outreach; and participate in collaborative research projects, program meetings, and program development.
Master’s degree in a relevant field; Genetic Counseling preferred
Certification or eligibility by the American Board of Medical Genetics
Licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania (or acquisition within 90 days of hire)
