As a Genetic Risk Assessment Counselor, you will be responsible for initial patient screening interview, program introduction, and associated administrative duties; performing genetic risk assessments and providing counseling and education to individuals and families regarding genetic testing for cancer risk factors; and providing community outreach support as appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Genetic Counseling specialty preferred
Certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling, Inc. as a Certified Genetic Counselor; 3-4 years of related experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities
Licensed or eligible to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
MS Office proficiency
Benefited position- eligible the first of the month after start date
