We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! We are a multi-disciplinary clinic that treats pediatric and adult patients with a variety of speech, language, swallowing, cognitive, voice, fluency, and neurogenic conditions. Our patients range from having mild impairments to rare genetic conditions. Administer, interpret, and report on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children and adults
Develop Patient Plan of Care
Plan and provide appropriate individual and/or group therapy consistent with individual goals and objectives
Obtain and document client performance (e.g. tally data; prepare charts, records, and graphs, etc.) to determine progress and identify if treatment continues to be efficacious
Demonstrate the ability to effectively co-treat patients in a multidisciplinary therapeutic session
Effectively communicate and collaborate with physicians, colleagues, clients, parents/family, etc. regarding the plan of care to implement skills, accomplishment of therapy goals, continued needs of the client, etc.
Generate, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required
Supervise other Speech-Language Pathologists and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as assigned
Support colleagues and/or administration in research projects, in-service training, public relations programs, etc.
Must be physically able to assist patients who have limited mobility, or those who may at times demonstrate aggressive patterns
Exhibit compliance with regulations, reimbursement requirements, and speech-language pathology job responsibilities
Comply with policies established by federal and state law, ASHA and California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board

Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology/communicative disorders or equivalent from an accredited college or university
Valid California License as a Speech-Language Pathologist granted by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.
Minimum of a master’s degree
Three years or more experience preferred, but for the appropriate candidate is not necessary
Supervision of a strong CFY candidate will be considered
