Johns Hopkins Hospital
Inspects, cleans, assembles and sterilizes surgical instrument sets. Operates cleaning and sterilization equipment in order to clean instruments and supplies. Prepare supplies and equipment for steam sterilization and low temperature sterilization.
40 hours per week
11:00 pm - 7:30 am
Rotating Weekends is required
Minimum requirements: Minimum high school diploma. CBSPD (Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution) or IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management) certification preferred. Minimum one (1) year instrument decontamination or healthcare experience encouraged.
